摘　　要：在国家"一带一路"倡议的背景下,如何有效地培养、培训国际化人才,进而为国际化战略落地和业务发展提供保障,成为央企海外经营管理中面临的重要课题。本文梳理了中国石化国际化业务发展历程,总结了多年来国际化人才培训实践所积累的典型策略,提出了未来国际化人才培训发展的构想与路径。Under the national "Belt and Road Initiative", how to develop and train international talents effectively so as to ensure international strategy execution and business development has become a critical task for Chinese national companies’ overseas operations and management. This article analyzes the international business development history of SINOPEC, highlights its significant and effective international talents training practices, and proposes an outlook for future training development.
