摘　　要：洋关作为一种特殊的海关组织形态,在中国近现代史上扮演着重要的角色,在一定程度反映了当时国家政治、经济、社会、文化发展水平,可以看作是探究资本主义全球化背景下中国现代性的一个窗口。本文对中国海关史中从粤海关"一口通商"到洋关终结的历史变迁若干问题进行思考,尝试勾画出一个相对清晰立体的洋关形象,并分析这一海关组织形态长期存续背后的历史逻辑。As a special organization of customs administration,foreign-governed customs played an important role in the modern history of China.To a certain degree,it reflects the national political,economic,social and cultural development at that time.Thus it can be considered as a window to peep into the modern status of China under the background of capitalistic globalization.The paper provides some thoughts on some issues of historical evolution of Canton Customs during the period from Canton System to the end of foreign-governed customs,and attempts to profile a clear and dimensional image of foreign-governed customs,in order to investigate the historical rationale behind the long existence of the special organization.
