摘 要:在奥氏体不锈钢烧结焊剂配方中添加硼砂制成含硼砂不锈钢烧结焊剂,在奥氏体不锈钢上进行焊接。通过吸湿试验和小球撞击试验测定烧结焊剂吸潮率和脱渣率,研究了硼砂对烧结焊剂吸潮性和脱渣性的影响。利用扫描电镜对烧结焊剂和熔渣表面结构进行观察,研究硼砂对烧结焊剂和熔渣微观结构的影响,并分析其影响机理。研究结果表明:烧结焊剂中添加硼砂,焊剂表面有低熔点物质生成。添加的硼砂质量分数为3%时,焊剂抗潮能力最强。硼砂能显著提高焊剂脱渣率,改善焊剂脱渣性,且熔渣微观表面由凸凹不平逐渐变得平滑。添加的硼砂质量分数超过3%时,3次撞击焊缝能完全脱渣。The stainless steel sintered flux containing borax was prepared by adding borax to the formula of austenitic stainless steel sintering flux,and the welding was carried out on austenitic stainless steel. The moisture absorption rate and slag removal of the sintered flux were determined by moisture absorption test and ball impact test. The effect of borax in sintered flux on the moisture absorption and slag removal of sintered fluxes were investigated. The surface structures of sintered fluxes and slags were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The influence of borax on the microstructure of sintered fluxes and slag was studied. The influence mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the addition of borax in the sintered flux leads to the formation of low melting point material on the surface of the flux. When the mass fraction of the added borax is 3%,the flux has the strongest moisture resistance. Borax significantly increases the slag detachability and improves the slag detachability of the flux. The slag microscopic surface gradually becomes smooth from unevenness. When the mass fraction of the added borax exceeds 3%,the three impact welding can be completely deslagging.
