摘 要:利用转鼓试验平台,设计了一种评价不同汽油类别对汽车加速性能影响的试验方案。利用基于车载诊断系统(OBD)接口及相应软件采集汽车行驶速度等数据,采用可编程式电子油门控制系统调整加速策略,并提供了试验数据的处理分析方法。通过分析试验数据可知:同类别汽油在相同的加速工况下,最高车速偏差仅为3. 3%,可认为本试验台架和方案的可用性良好;而且在相同加速工况下,不同汽油类别的车速曲线重合性较好,系统具有良好的稳定性和可重复性。Based on chassis dynamometer,a test scheme was designed to evaluate the acceleration performance of automobiles by using different types of gasoline. The test scheme not only involved chassis dynamometer and electronic accelerator pedal system,but also provided the processing and analysis method of test data. The chassis dynamometer used on-board diagnostic interface and corresponding software to collect parameters such as vehicle speed. Programmable electronic accelerator pedal systems adjusted the acceleration strategy.According to the analysis of the test data,the maximum speed deviation is only 3. 3% with the same gasoline in the same acceleration condition. So the experimental platform and scheme are considered to have good availability. The speed curves coincide well with different gasoline in the same acceleration condition,which can be considered to have nice stability and repeatability.
