人口流动对我国区域经济增长的影响

摘　　要：在分析2001～2016年人口流动和经济增长的区域差异基础上,利用29个省份的面板数据,根据新古典经济增长理论构建包括人口流动变量的经济增长模型,对西部大开发以来我国省际间人口流动对区域经济增长的影响进行了深入探讨。结果表明:人口流动不一定会对区域内的经济增长起到促进作用,省际之间的人口流动对不同区域的经济增长的效应有所差异。人口主要从中部和西部地区流向东部地区,其中对东部地区呈显著的正向效应,对中部地区是微弱的负向效应,对西部地区是显著的负向效应。为此,我国应当加强中西部人才引进措施,提高人力资本的投入,助力经济增长方式转型升级,促进区域经济之间的协调发展。Based on the analysis of the regional differences of population mobility and economic growth from 2001 to 2016,this paper,using panel data of 29 provinces,constructs economic growth model including the influence factor of population mobility according to the neoclassical growth theory,which deeply studies and analyzes the influence of the inter-provincial population mobility on the regional economic growth since the development of China’s Western region.This research finds that population mobility does not necessarily promote regional economic growth,and that the inter-provincial mobility has different effects on economic growth in different regions.In general,the population mainly flows from the central and western regions to the eastern region,which has a significant positive effect on the eastern region,a weak negative effect on the central region and a significant negative effect on the western region.This paper suggests that China should strengthen the talent introduction measures in themidwest,improve the input of human capital,help the transformation and upgrade of economic growth mode and promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
