摘  要:以铝合金板件6111及6082-T6为研究对象,采用正交实验的方法,通过对连接接头的剖面进行观察和极差法分析,研究轴向下压力(downholder力)、螺钉转速和拧紧扭矩三组过程参数对热熔自攻丝工艺连接接头参数的影响权重,并给出了1.2mm 6111+3mm 6082-T6搭接的最优过程参数组合。实际应用表明,分析得出的参数权重能够指导选择合适的热熔自攻丝过程参数,减少试验次数,提高生产效率。The Flow Drill Screwdriving(FDS)connection of aluminum 6111 and 6082-T6 was studied.The design of orthogonal experiment(DOE)method was used.After observation and range method analysis of the joint profile,the influence weight of three main process parameters:downholder force,screw speed and tightening torque on the parameters of Flow Drill Screwdriving process were investigated.The optimal process parameter of 1.2mm 6111+3mm 6082-t6 was given.The practical application shows that the parameter weight obtained by the analysis can guide the selection of the suitable process parameters of the Flow Drill Screwdriving process,reduce the number of experiments and improve the production efficiency.
