摘　　要：铸件壁厚大小直接影响产品的铸造难度。本文从质量和效率方面对简单厚壁铸件的工艺方法进行研究分析,提出采用金属型和砂型结合的改进方案,实现铸件高效率、高质量生产。The casting wall thickness directly affects the casting difficulty.In this paper,the process method of simple thick-wall casting is studied and analyzed from the aspects of quality and efficiency,and the improvement scheme of the combination of metal mold and sand mold is put forward to realize the high efficiency and high quality production of casting.
