铸态高韧性球铁EN-GJS-QT400-18-LT在风电铸件上的应用

摘　　要：采用脱硫处理、球化处理、随流孕育并辅以冷铁工艺,生产出了符合欧洲标准EN1563:1997的合格铸件;铸态高韧性球铁EN-GJS-QT400-18-LT风电铸件的生产过程必须严格控制化学成分ω(Mn)<0.2%,ω(RE残0.03%～0.06%,严格控制操作工艺。In this paper,using desulfurization treatment,spheroidization,stream inoculation and cold iron process,we produced qualified casting in line with European standards EN1563:1997.In the productive process of high toughness ductile iron EN-GJS-QT400-18-LT in wind power castings,chemical composition and operation technology must be strictly controlled,(Mn<0.2%,RE残0.03%-0.06%).
