摘 要:目的研究全血干扰素诱导蛋白10(interferon-inducible protein10,IP-10)在不同人群不同标本中的表达情况,评价其在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫酶联吸附试验(ELISA)法来检测24例健康人、24例结核潜伏患者及34例结核患者血浆中的IP-10表达量,并对结核病患者进行随访,观察抗结核治疗后IP-10表达的变化。检测23例结核患者和15例非结核患者脑脊液中IP-10表达量,通过绘制ROC曲线,评价IP-10对结核病的诊断效能。结果结核患者血浆中IP-10显著高于健康人和结核潜伏患者;IP-10在分辨结核病人和健康对照或潜伏感染者有较好的效果,AUC均在0.9以上;结核患者血浆中IP-10随着治疗的进行逐渐降低;结核患者脑脊液和胸腔积液中IP-10显著高于非结核患者。结论 IP-10在结核患者中高表达,能有效地区分结核病,可用于诊断结核的生物标识。Objective To analyze the expression of interferon-inducible protein 10(IP-10)in whole blood of different group of people and different type of specimens and evaluate its value in diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods Immune enzyme-linked adsorption test(ELISA)was employed to detect IP-10 expression in plasma of 24 cases of healthy control(HC),24 cases of latent tuberculosis(LTBI)and 34 cases of patients with tuberculosis(TB),to detect IP-10 expression in pleural fluid of 23 patients with tuberculosis and 15 cases of non-tuberculosis,and to detect IP-10 expression in cerebrospinal fluid of 23 patients with tuberculosis and 15 cases of nontuberculosis.Subsequently,ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the value of IP-10 in diagnosis of TB.Results The level of IP-10 in plasma of TB patients was significantly higher than those of HC and LTBI.The IP-10 level in plasma of TB gradually reduced after anti-TB treatment.The level of IP-10 in cerebrospinal fluid and pleural effusion of TB were significantly higher than those in the patients with non-tuberculosis.Conclusion IP-10 could be used as a biomarker in diagnosis of TB.
