摘 要:在高职院校教师的专业发展生态系统中,教师缺乏强烈的专业发展主体意识、学校缺少促进教师专业发展的浓郁氛围、社会缺乏对教师专业发展的正确认知等问题较为突出。究其原因,主要是教师追求专业发展的内驱力不足和教师专业发展空间面临多重困境。为了重构高职教师专业发展生态系统并从整体上实现该系统的良性运行,教师需要加强自我成长管理,高职院校需要创新教师专业发展管理机制,政府需要提供宏观政策支持。In the ecosystem of professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,problems such as teachers’lack of strong subject consciousness of professional development,schools’lack of strong atmosphere to promote teachers’professional development,and society’s lack of correct cognition of teachers’professional development are prominent.The main reasons are the insufficient driving force for teachers’to pursuit professional development and the multiple predicaments of teachers’professional development space.In order to reconstruct the ecosystem of the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and realize the healthy operation of the system as a whole,teachers need to strengthen self-growth management%higher vocational colleges need to innovate the management mechanism of the professional development of teachers%the government needs to provide macro-policy support.
