摘  要:文章研究了数控机床刀具磨损智能监测系统开发。作为数控机床中重要组成部分的刀具,在数控机床工作的过程中,必定会发生磨损,其磨损状态的监测已经成为数控机床工作质量的重要环节。如果使用传统的刀具磨损监测方法,不仅增加劳动力强度,降低数控机床的工作效率,还会增加材料成本以及人工成本,如果使用智能化的刀具磨损监测系统,不仅可以提高数控机床的使用率,降低工人的劳动强度,还可以降低原材料的成本,减少废品的产生。This paper studies the development of tool wear intelligent monitoring system for CNC machine tools.As an important part of CNC machine tools,in the process of CNC machine tool work,wear must occur,and the monitoring of its wear state has become an important part of the quality of CNC machine tools.If the traditional tool wear monitoring method is used,not only the labor intensity will be increased,the working efficiency of the CNC machine tool will be reduced,but also the material cost and labor cost will be increased.If the intelligent tool wear monitoring system is used,the utilization rate of the CNC machine tool can be improved and the machine tool can be reduced.The labor intensity of workers can also reduce the cost of raw materials and reduce the production of waste.
