摘  要:单层分数槽集中绕组具有良好的物理隔离、热隔离和磁隔离能力,故其特别适用于表贴式永磁同步容错电机。针对单层分数槽集中绕组磁场的低次谐波幅值很高,从而引起高的永磁体涡流损耗和转子铁心损耗的缺点,提出了一种单层分数槽集中绕组表贴式永磁同步容错电机的转子模块化结构,分析了该种转子模块化结构减小转子损耗的原理,并以12槽5对极电机为例,通过仿真计算对比了所提结构与其它削弱电枢磁场次谐波技术对电机各项性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用该结构后可以降低电机转子损耗约36%,提高平均转矩5%~10%。Due to excellent performance of physical,thermal and magnetic insulation capacity,single-layer fractional-slot concentrated windings are desirable to be used in surface-mounted permanent magnet fault-tolerant electric machines.However,the amplitude of low-order space harmonics produced by single-layer fractional-slot concentrated windings is high,which will cause very high eddy current losses in permanent magnets and iron losses of rotor iron core.This paper proposes a modular rotor structure to reduce rotor losses in surface-mounted permanent magnet electric machines with single-layer fractional-slot concentrated windings.The principle of the proposed structure was explained.Performance differences between the proposal and other techniques which can also reduce rotor losses were investigated by using numerical simulation.The conclusion shows that the proposed modular rotor structure can reduce rotor losses by 36% and increase the average torque 5%~10%.
