摘 要:针对筒式异步磁力耦合器的转矩和调速关系,采用耦合器的磁路模型进行分析,使用等效磁路法分析计算耦合器磁路模型中的主磁阻、漏磁阻和磁动势。通过基尔霍夫定律求得磁路的磁感应强度,结合转矩计算公式和三维修正系数得到耦合器的最终转矩。在此基础上,结合耦合器实际调速过程的三维修正系数,推导出恒转矩负载调速和变转矩负载调速时耦合器内外转子啮合长度与转差率的关系式,即调速关系式。有限元仿真和试验结果表明,转矩计算公式与调速关系式都具有较高的准确性,为耦合器的设计与实际调速应用提供了参考方法。For the torque and adjustable-speed relation of drum-type asynchronous magnetic couplers,magnetic circuit model of the coupler was developed.The equivalent magnetic circuit method was used to analyze and calculate the main reluctance,leakage reluctance and magnetomotive force in the magnetic circuit model.Magnetic induction intensity of magnetic circuit was solved by using the Kirchhoff's law,then,the final torque expression was acquired by combining the torque formula and three dimensional correction coefficient.On the basis of the former analysis,three dimensional correction coefficient for speed control was acquired by considering the actual process for speed control of the coupler.Then,the adjustable-speed formula which shows the relational expression between the length of engagement of the inner and outer rotor of the coupler and the slip was deduced when the load is constant or variable.Finite element simulations and the experimental results indicate that both the torque calculation formula and the adjustable-speed formula have relatively high accuracy,which can offer some valuable reference methods for the design and the actual applications of the coupler.
