生态工业园链合创新的驱动因素研究

摘　　要：基于产业链视角,构建生态工业园链合创新动因模型,运用问卷调查和模糊聚类分析法,考量产业链内外部链合创新驱动因素。结果表明:链合创新驱动因素中政府驱动和利润驱动排序靠前,技术因素、资源整合和企业家精神居中,而企业文化、市场和制度因素排序相对靠后。鉴此,链合创新驱动应从主要依靠政府主导的方式逐渐向市场需求拉动方式转变,同时加强较为薄弱的创新文化培育和制度建设,推进链合创新可持续发展。Based on the perspective of industrial chain, this paper constructs an innovation motivation model of eco-industrial park chain, and considers the internal and external driving factors of chain innovation by using questionnaire survey and fuzzy cluster analysis. The results show that among the driving factors of chain innovation, government-driven and profit-driven rank first, technological factors, resource integration and entrepreneurship are in the middle, while corporate culture, market and institutional factors rank relatively behind. In view of this, the driving force of chain innovation should gradually change from government-led mode to market demand-driven mode, and at the same time, strengthen the cultivation of weak innovation culture and system construction to promote the sustainable development of chain innovation.
