摘 要:以一种静液驱动插装式高压安全阀为研究对象,根据静液驱动系统及安全阀的工作原理,运用AMESim仿真软件建立静液驱动插装式高压安全阀仿真模型。通过对高压安全阀阻尼孔、弹簧预紧力、阀芯锥角结构进行参数设置并批量仿真,对比分析得到了不同结构参数对高压安全阀压力特性的影响。设计了试验回路,通过搭建压力性能试验平台,测量得到试验曲线,与仿真结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的准确性。为插装式高压安全阀的结构优化和选型提供指导性建议。We take a cartridge safety valve driven by hydrostatic drive system as the object,based on working principle of hydrostatic transmission system and safety valve,a simulation model of hydrostatic drive cartridge high pressure safety valve is established by the simulation software AMESim.Through parameter setting and batch simulation of damping hole,spring preload,spool angle structure of high-pressure safety valve,the influence of different structural parameters on pressure characteristics of high-pressure safety valve is obtained by comparison analysis.An experimental loop is designed.By setting up a pressure performance experimental platform,we obtain an experimental curve and compare with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.It provides guidance for structural optimization and selection of cartridge high pressure relief valves.
