元治理视角下体育公共服务供给侧改革研究

摘　　要：基于元治理理论,运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,分析了我国体育公共服务供给侧改革面临的困境,提出相应的对策。主要困境:供给主体责任模糊,协同机制缺失,社会基础薄弱。对策:重构政府权能,促进角色转变;完善协同机制,密切伙伴关系;注重文化培育,优化社会环境。Based on the theory of meta-governance,this paper uses the methods of literature research and logical analysis to analyze the difficulties faced by the supply-side reform of sports public service in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The main dilemma:the main responsibility of the supplier is vague,the coordination mechanism is absent,and the social foundation is weak.Countermeasure:reconstruct the government's power and function,promote the role change;improve the coordination mechanism,close partnership;pay attention to cultural cultivation,optimize the social environment.
