摘 要:目的探讨钼靶联合核磁共振(MRI)检查在乳腺占位性病变的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年5月—2018年4月收治的51例乳腺肿块患者的临床资料。所有患者均接受钼靶X线摄影和MRI影像学检查,并取乳腺肿块活组织进行病理检查。以病理学检查结果为"金标准",评价钼靶X线摄影、MRI检查以及2种方法联合检查对乳腺占位性病变的诊断准确性。结果钼靶X线摄影检查对乳腺占位性良恶性病变的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率分别为67. 86%、65. 00%、66. 67%; MRI检查分别为85. 71%、90. 00%、87. 50%;联合检查分别为92. 86%、95. 00%、93. 75%。钼靶联合MRI检查诊断灵敏度、准确率均高于单一钼靶X线检查(P <0. 05)。结论钼靶联合MRI可明显提高乳腺占位性病变的诊断准确性,是筛查乳腺疾病的有效方法。Objective To investigate application and value of molybdenum target combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in examination of mammary occupying lesions.Methods Clinical data of 51 patients with breast masses admitted during May 2015 and April 2018 was retrospectively analyzed.All patients received mammography and MRI examinations,and living tissues of breast masses were taken for pathological examination.The results of pathological examination were taken as"gold standard"to evaluate diagnostic accuracy for mammary occupying lesions by mammography,MRI and combined detection were evaluated.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of mammography in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions were 67.86%,65.00%and 66.67%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI examination in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions were 85.71%,90.00%and 87.50%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions were 92.86%,95.00%and 93.75%respectively.Values of sensitivity and accuracy of molybdenum target combined with MRI were significantly higher than those by mammography only(P<0.05).Conclusion Molybdenum target combined with MRI may significantly improve diagnostic accuracy for mammary occupying lesions,and therefore it is an effective method in examination of breast diseases.
