摘　　要：通过宏观分析、厚度及焊缝几何尺寸检测、室温力学性能试验、金相组织分析等方式,对某电厂屏式再热器管进行爆管分析。结果表明:管子的材料组织严重老化和大角度变径造成应力集中是爆管的主要原因。Reheater tube burst failures of a boiler were studied by macroscopic analysis,geometric measurement of thickness and weld,room-temperature mechanical property test and microstructure analysis,following which,the failures were found to be caused by stress concentration due to serious aging of the tube material and large reducing angles.
