摘 要:针对垂直流人工湿地脱氮效率低的问题,在垂直流人工湿地不同位置投加释氧材料,以此探究曝气位置对垂直流人工湿地脱氮的影响。结果表明,在湿地下层曝气,TN去除率最高;在湿地上层曝气,NH_4^+-N去除率最高。TN的去除率并非完全取决于氨氮的去除率,有机氮的去除也影响着TN去除率。曝气位置还影响湿地脲酶活性,下层曝气的湿地脲酶含量最高,为60.37μg/g;中层曝气的湿地脲酶含量最低,为26.72μg/g。此外,各系统脲酶活性与TN去除率相关。To solve the problem of low denitrification rate of vertical flow constructed wetland,a kind of oxygen-re-leasing compound(ORC)has been put into different locations in vertical flow artificial wetland,so as to explore the influence of aeration position on the denitrification of vertical flow constructed wetland.The results show that when the aeration position is in the upper layer of the wetland,the removing rate of NH4^+-N is the highest.When the aeration position is in the lower layer of the wetland,the removing rate of TN is the highest.The removing rate of TN does not totally depend on the removing rate of NH4+-N,and the removing rate of organic nitrogen affects its TN removing rate.The aeration position affects the activity of urease in the wetland,and the lower layer aerated wetland has the highest concentration of urease,which is 60.37μg/g,the middle layer aerated wetland has the lowest concentration of urease,which is 26.72μg/g.In addition,urease activity is related to TN removing rate.
