摘 要:目前手术切除仍是多种肝病(如先天性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤性疾病等)的主要治疗方式之一,尤其是肝细胞性肝癌。但术后肝功能不全仍时有发生,究其原因可能是术后残余肝的再生无法满足机体的正常代谢需求。肝再生是一个复杂的细胞增殖过程,深入研究肝再生过程中肝脏内不同细胞的作用及其机制有助于进一步了解肝脏再生,从而为肝再生在临床实际应用提供理论依据,进而为各种终末期肝病的诊断、治疗以及研究提供新思路。At present,surgical resection is still one of the main methods for treating various liver diseases,such as congenital disease,infectious disease and neoplastic disease,especially hepatocellular carcinoma.However,postoperative hepatic insufficiency still occurs,the reason of which may be that the regeneration of the remnant liver after surgery cannot meet the normal metabolic needs of the body.Liver regeneration is a complex process of cell proliferation.In-depth study of the role of different cells in the liver during liver regeneration and its mechanism will help to further understand liver regeneration,thus providing a theoretical basis for clinical application of liver regeneration and new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and research of various end-stage liver diseases.
