摘　　要：辅助生殖技术为人类不孕不育带来了希望,但反复自发流产患者的子宫内膜异常,高龄女性卵巢储备功能减退等仍无有效解决办法。现有大量科研工作者使用脂肪乳剂、糖皮质激素等辅助药物通过抑制子宫腔内自然杀伤细胞的活性治疗子宫内膜免疫排斥引起的反复自发流产;巨噬细胞集落刺激因子可刺激子宫内膜基底层细胞的生长,增加子宫内膜厚度,使其更适合胚胎着床;泛癸利酮、脱氢表雄酮和生长激素通过增强线粒体供能,增加卵巢对促排卵药物的敏感性,达到改善卵子质量、增加获卵数的目的,从而改善高龄女性卵巢储备功能减退的症状。Assisted reproductive technology has brought hope to human infertility,but there is no effective solution to endometrial abnormalities in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and ovarian reserve dysfunction in older women.Nowadays,a large number of researchers use fat emulsion,glucocorticoid and other auxiliary drugs to treat recurrent spon-taneous abortion caused by endometrial immune rejection by inhibiting the activity of natural killer cells in uterine cavity.Macrophage colony stimulating factors can stimulate the growth of endometrial basal layer cells,increase the thickness of endometrium and make it more suitable for embryo implantation.Universal codone,dehydroepiandrosterone and growth hormone increase the sensitivity of ovary to ovulation stimulating drugs by increasing mitochondrial energy supply,and improve the quality and number of eggs,thus improving the symptoms of ovarian reserve function decline in older women.
