摘  要:J亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)诱导的免疫抑制能够影响鸡的生长和繁殖,并造成其他病原的继发感染,是危害养禽业的重要病原之一。近年来,很多研究表明ALV-J感染宿主而引起的免疫抑制和致瘤是一个多因素参与的复杂过程,影响体液免疫和细胞免疫水平。论文对ALV-J病毒粒子侵入宿主及复制过程进行阐述,主要包括吸附、侵入、复制及释放等过程。论文简要探讨了ALV-J造成免疫抑制的主要原因及感染宿主后涉及的几条信号转导通路的研究状况,并对ALV-J的相关研究做了展望。Immunosuppression induced by avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) can affect the growth and reproduction of chickens and cause secondary infection of other pathogens,which is one of the important pathogens that endanger the poultry industry.In recent years,many studies showed that immunosuppression and tumorigenesis caused by ALV-J infection in the host are the complex multifactorial processes that affect both humoral and cellular immune responses.In the paper,ALV-J particles invading the host and replication were described, mainly divided into adsorption, invasion, replication and release processes. The main reason of ALV-J immunosuppression and several signal transduction pathways involved in host infection were briefly discussed,and the related research on ALV-J was prospected.
