摘 要:粤海置地大厦基坑工程位于深圳市罗湖区繁华路段,基坑开挖深度达19 m,局部加深至22.55 m,基坑周边场地环境复杂,北侧、东侧及南侧临近市政道路,管线较多,西侧南段存在既有7~8层建筑物,西侧北段紧邻已开挖既有基坑;根据不同的周边环境和地质条件,本基坑工程项目分别采用咬合桩+钢筋混凝土内支撑体系、咬合桩+锚索体系,基坑支护结构选型安全可靠,经济合理,对于临近深基坑、市区用地紧张的基坑工程项目具有一定的参考价值。Located in the downtown area of Luohu district in Shenzhen,the foundation pit project of Yuehai-zhide Building has a depth of 19 meters in excavation,partially deepened to 22.55 meters. The surrounding environment of foundation pit is complex,close to municipal roads at the northern,eastern and southern side,thus having many pipelines. There are 7~8 storeyed buildings in the south section of the west side and the existing excavated foundation pit adjacent to the north section of the west side. According to different surroundings and geological conditions,the foundation pit project adopts secant pile wall + reinforced concrete internal support system and secant pile wall + anchor cable system. The selection of foundation pit supporting structure is safe,reliable and economical. It is of certain reference value to the foundation pit project which is close to deep foundation pit and lacks land in urban area.
