甘肃偏远山区生土结构房屋建造与维修之思考

摘　　要：甘肃省偏远山区农村房屋大多以土木结构为主,少量为砖木结构、砖土木混合结构和木结构。房屋大多破旧不堪,存在安全隐患。以近几年农村危房鉴定工作为背景,总结了生土结构房屋存在的问题,对现阶段生土材料和生土结构的研究成果进行了整理。由此,对甘肃省偏远山区农村房屋的建造与维修需解决的问题进行了思考,本着节约费用,考虑多以就地取材的方式进行。对生土材料进行改良,并改良土坯的砌筑方式和构造,提高生土结构房屋的抗灾能力和耐久性。Most of the rural houses in remote mountainous areas of Gansu Province are mainly civil structures,with a small number of brick and wood structures,mixed brick and soil structures and wood structures. There's houses are dilapidated and there are potential safety hazards.Based on the background of the author's appraisal work of dangerous houses in rural areas in recent years, the existing problems of raw earth buildings were summarized,and the research results of the soil materials andraw earth structure at the present stage were sorted out. Therefore,the construction and maintenance problems of rural houses in remote mountainous areas of Gansu Province were considered. In the light of cost savings,it is considered to be carried out in a local way. The raw soil material is improved,and the masonry method and structure of the adobe are improved to improve raw soil structure housing disaster resistance and durability.
