摘　　要：纵观种业企业市场化进程,政府相关政策的出台推动了整个种业产业的发展,并对种业企业形成了一定的冲击,加速了种业企业并购联盟的热潮,同时促使了种业企业的战略调整和组织变革。通过以种业企业在市场化进程中与政府制度性资源的关联关系为主线,采用探索性单案例研究方法,以北大荒垦丰种业为案例研究对象,对种业企业市场化过程中的多个阶段进行纵向研究和深入剖析,探究种业企业变革与政府资源的动态依赖关系,以"价值—资源—交换—绩效"为逻辑范式归纳市场化进程中种业企业与政府的关联机制。研究表明,由于种业企业的外部效应较大,种业企业和政府处于强关联的模式中。种业企业和政府以拥有共同价值为前提,对彼此的资源产生路径依赖,双方通过交换各自特有的资源,从而达到互惠状态,最终提升了企业绩效和政治绩效。Throughout marketization process of the seed industry,relevant government policies have promoted the development of the entire seed industry,and have formed a certain impact to the seed industry enterprises.It accelerated the mergers and acquisitions,and prompted the seed industry enterprises strategic adjustment and organization change at the same time.Taking seed enterprises relation with government in the process of marketization as the main line,Beidahuang Kenfeng Seed corporation as the object,and by using exploratory case study method,this paper makes an in-depth longitudinal study on multiple stages in the process of marketization of seed industry enterprises,explores the dynamic dependencies of seed enterprises and government resources,and conclude the correlation mechanisms of seed enterprises and government in the process of marketization based on research paradigm of“value-resources-exchange-performance”.Research shows that seed enterprises and the government are in a strong associated pattern due to the large external effect of seed industry enterprises.Premised on sharing value,both seed enterprises and government have a path dependence on the other's resources.Through exchanging resources,both sides can achieve mutual benefit,and futher enhance the enterprise performance and political performance.
