四种不同花色滇水金凤中金属元素含量测定与分析

摘　　要：为探索滇水金凤的花色改良途径,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了4种不同花色滇水金凤花瓣中K、Na、Fe、Ca、Mn、Cu、Mg、Zn八种金属元素含量。结果表明:不同花色滇水金凤中金属元素的含量存在明显差异。其中K、Na、Mg、Ca四种金属元素含量较高,重金属Cu含量较低;同一个地点采集的两种不同花色的滇水金凤Fe、Mn含量差异较大。In order to explore the ways of flowercolor improvement of Impatiens uliginosa in Yunnan province,the contents of eight metal elements of K,Na,Fe,Ca,Mn,Cu,Mg and Zn in the four kinds of Impatiens uliginosas were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results showed that the contents of eight metal elements in the four kinds of Impatiens uliginosas were significant differences.The contents of K,Na,Mg and Ca were higher than other elements,and the contents of Cu were lower than other elements.The contents of Fe and Mn in two kinds of Impatiens uliginosa Franch were diferent,although whichwasin the same collection site.
