摘 要:炼钢行业的快速发展,不仅提升了我国经济增长速度,而且还为其他制造行业提供了充足钢材料。在炼钢工艺中,通常会利用直接定氧技术进行作业,以达到提升炼钢产量的效果。基于此对直接定氧技术原理进行简单介绍,并从转炉终点、脱氧工艺、沸腾钢与半镇静钢质量等方面,详细分析直接定氧技术在炼钢工艺中的应用。The rapid development of the steelmaking industry has not only improved China’s economic growth rate, but also provided sufficient steel materials for other manufacturing industries. In the steelmaking process, direct oxygenation technology is usually used to achieve the effect of increasing steel production. Based on this, the principle of direct oxygenation technology is briefly introduced, and the application of direct oxygenation technology in steelmaking process is analyzed in detail from the aspects of converter end point, deoxidation process, boiling steel and semi-killed steel quality.
