摘　　要：电气自动化设备不仅对生产效率和产品质量有着重要影响,同时还能有效降低企业人力、物力资源耗量,合理使用电气自动化设备,对推动企业经济发展有着非常积极的作用。然而电气自动化设备在使用过程中,经常会出现各种问题,严重影响企业的发展。基于电气自动化设备常见故障问题,提出一系列针对性预防措施,制造推动电气自动化设备发展进程。Electrical automation equipment not only has an important impact on production efficiency and product quality, but also effectively reduces the human and material resources consumption of enterprises, and the rational use of electrical automation equipment has a very positive effect on promoting the economic development of enterprises. However, in the process of using electrical automation equipment, various problems often occur, which seriously affects the development of the enterprise. Based on the common faults of electrical automation equipment, a series of targeted preventive measures are proposed to promote the development of electrical automation equipment.
