摘 要:根据测算,宝钢大院烧结原余热利用率仅为22%,近年来通过烧结机更新改造,实现了余热利用的多途径、梯级化,主要有常规双压余热锅炉产生蒸汽,直联罩式余热锅炉产蒸汽,环冷机3号排气筒增设的余热回收装置与锅炉次低压蒸汽组合利用产热水,低温余热ORC发电。一系列的余热利用途径使得烧结区域的余热资源利用越发充分,促进了宝钢烧结工序的深度节能减排。According to the calculation,the waste heat utilization ratio of the Baosteel sintering plant is only 22%. In recent years,has realized the multi way of waste heat utilization through the renovation of the sintering machine in recent years,which mainly has the conventional double pressure waste heat boiler,the direct joint bell type waste heat boiler and producing hot water by the waste heat recovery device from the pot set up in the 3 exhaust cylinder of the recirculation cooler and the utilization of low pressure steam in the boiler,making use of low temperature waste heat ORC to generate electricity. A series of waste heat utilization ways make the utilization of waste heat resources more fully in the sintering area,which promotes the depth of energy-saving and emission reduction of the sintering process of Baosteel.
