摘  要:在"双一流"背景下,结合民办本科院校软件工程专业的现状,分析了现有人才培养模式的不足,研究并提出分年级进阶式培养标准和课程群标准。在工程教育基础上,创新"构思、设计、实施、运行"应用型人才四层培养标准框架。利用融合相关课程及项目建设,完善分级递进产学研协同实践体系。通过边试点、边调查、边改进,进一步完善"双一流"背景下应用型软件人才考核评价体系,为民办本科院校的人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。Under the background of "Double First-rate", combining with the status of software engineering in non-governmental undergraduate universities, by analyzing the shortcomings of the existing talent cultivation mode, the paper studies and puts forward the cultivation standard and the curriculum group standard according to dividing into grades and the advanced way, and innovates the application-oriented talent four-layer cultivation standard framework about "Conceive, Design, Implement, Operate" based on the engineering education idea. Through the construction of related courses and projects, the hierarchical and progressive practice system of industry-university-research cooperation is perfected. By means of experiment, investigation, and improvement, the application-oriented software talent test evaluation system under the background of "Double First-rate" is further improved. These can provide reference for the reform of talent cultivation mode in non-governmental undergraduate universities.
