摘　　要：科学合理地对旅游资源进行评价是合理开发利用旅游资源、挖掘旅游开发潜力、促进旅游健康发展的前提。基于层次分析法(AHP),选取了资源要素价值、资源开发条件和附加值3个准则来构建商洛市旅游资源综合评价体系,通过专家评分构造出相应的判断矩阵,算出每个矩阵的层次单排序结果并进行一致性检验,其结果均符合一致性标准,依据层次单排序结果算出层次总排序;通过总排序结果分析发现影响商洛市旅游资源开发的主要因素有自然景观的观赏价值、政府的开发力度与开发规划问题。根据这些主要因素给出了发展生态旅游、加大政府支持力度、发展特色地域文化和沿交通线路开发这4条建议,希望能够有效促进商洛市旅游资源的深度开发与旅游业的健康可持续发展。Scientific and reasonable evaluation of tourism resources is the precondition of rational development and utilization of tourism resources. This paper, based on hierarchical analysis method, selects the resource value, resource development conditions and added value as criteria to build a comprehensive evaluation system of tourism resources in Shangluo City. Through the expert evaluation, corresponding judgment matrix is constructed, and then the arrangement result of each matrix is calculated and consistency test is carried out. According to the single level sequencing results, the total sorting results can be obtained. By analyzing the result, we found that the main factors which affect tourism resources development of Shangluo City are the ornamental value of the natural landscape, government efforts and development planning problem. By the main factors, four suggestions are given i.e., developing ecological tourism, increasing government support, developing regional culture, developing the tourism resources along the traffic lines. These suggestions strive to effectively promote the development of tourism industry of Shangluo City.
