摘  要:以图片分享类APP为例,采用Likert量表法、统计学研究方法,对数据进行描述性分析、信度分析、相关分析和回归分析,并构建相关模型,提炼出影响用户忠诚度的相关因素,为图片分享类APP的改进提出建议。By taking a photo sharing APP as an example and using Likert scaling method and the statistic method, the describability, reliability, analysis, applicability, and regression analysis of the data were conducted and relevant models were devised. In addition, the element and factors in relation to customer loyalty have been pinpointed and the suggestions to further improve photo sharing APP have been put forward.
