摘　　要：目的探讨在妇科肿瘤患者中应用心理护理的效果。方法选取西安交通大学第二附属医院妇产科2016年1月-2018年3月确诊并接受手术治疗的58例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象。将其随机分为心理护理组(31例)和常规护理组(27例)。常规护理组采用临床常规护理,心理护理组在常规护理的基础上实施个性化心理护理。随访比较两组护理治疗效果及护理工作的满意程度。结果心理护理干预组护理治疗效果显著优于常规护理组,干预组患者精神心理及生活质量均得以明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。对比两组患者满意度,进行心理护理干预组患者满意度明显高于常规护理组(P <0. 05)。结论心理护理不仅可显著降低妇科肿瘤患者的术后负面情绪,提高其生活质量,还有助于提高护理工作满意度,改善护患关系。Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing in gynecological tumor patients. Methods: 58 cases of gynecologic tumor patients who were diagnosed from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.It was randomly divided into psychological care group(31 cases) and routine care group(27 cases).The routine nursing group adopts clinical routine nursing, and the psychological nursing group implements individualized psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Follow up and compare two groups of nursing treatment effect and nursing work satisfaction degree. Result:The effect of nursing treatment in the psychological nursing intervention group was significantly better than that of the conventional nursing group, and the mental psychology and quality of life of the patients in the intervention group were obviously improved. The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Compared with the satisfaction of two groups, the satisfaction of patients with psychological nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing can not only significantly reduce the postoperative negative mood and improve the quality of life of gynecological tumor patients, but also improve the satisfaction of nursing work and improve the relationship between nursing patients and patients.
