手术室护士在患者隐私权保护中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：手术室是一个特殊的医疗场所,因为手术需要,护理实践过程中不可避免地涉及患者的隐私,如何尊重、保护患者隐私是手术室护士面临的伦理难题。通过分析手术室患者隐私保护的现状及存在的问题:手术室护士的患者保护意识不足;患者自身的隐私保护意识淡薄;监督管理机制不完善。并提出相对应的解决措施:强化手术室护士的隐私保护意识;加强对患者自身隐私保护意识的培养;完善医疗机构监督管理机制。Operating room is a special medical place. Because of the need of operation,patients’ privacy is inevitably involved in the process of nursing practice. How to respect and protect patients’ privacy is an ethical problem for operating room nurses. This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of patients’ privacy protection in operating room: insufficient awareness of patients’ privacy protection of nurses in operating room; weak awareness of patients’ privacy protection; imperfect supervision and management mechanism. In addition,this paper proposed corresponding solutions: strengthen the awareness of privacy protection of operating room nurses; strengthen the awareness of patients’ own privacy protection; improve the supervision and management mechanism of medical institutions.
