摘　　要："医养结合"养老模式作为新型的养老理念,是在我国老龄化背景下,解决社会养老问题的新思路。首先对"医养结合"进行了研究回顾、内涵分析、理论基础研究,陈述了国内"医养结合"的发展现状和面临的主要问题。并从伦理学视角、需求与供给视角分析了问题存在的原因,并提出"医养结合"养老模式发展的建议。As a new concept of pension, the “combination of medical and elderly care service” pension mode is a new way to solve the problem of social pension under the background of aging in China. Firstly, this paper reviewed the relevant research, connotation analysis and theoretical research on the “combination of medical and elderly care service”. The development status and main problems of the combination of medical care and nursing in China were stated. In addition, from the perspective of ethics, demand and supply, this paper analyzed the causes of the problems and put forward some suggestions for the development of the old-age pension mode of “combination of medical and elderly care service”.
