沉淀铁催化剂与工业化浆态床FTS产物分布适应性分析

摘　　要：以山西潞安产16万t/a国家煤基合成油品示范项目中基于沉淀铁基催化剂的浆态床FTS反应单元为背景,通过介绍沉淀铁催化剂的基本物化性能,从FIS流体力学特征、还原活化温度、反应温度、床层压降、空塔气速等方面介绍了沉淀铁催化剂对FTS产物分布的影响,有较强的的工业运用前景。Based on the slurry bed FTS reaction unit for precipitated iron-based catalyst in the 160,000 t/a national coal-based synthetic oil demonstration project of Shanxi Lu’an,the basic physical and chemical properties of precipitated iron catalysts are introduced,including FIS hydrodynamic characteristics,reduction activation temperature,reaction temperature,bed pressure drop and air column gas velocity.The influence of precipitated iron catalyst on the distribution of FTS products is introduced in detail,which has a strong industrial application prospect.
