摘  要:针对阳泉煤业(集团)有限公司发供电分公司第三热电厂1#、2#、3#、4#锅炉排放废气数据不符合新排放标准情况,在现有石灰石-石膏法、SCR脱硝、布袋除尘器的基础上,通过吸收塔扩容改造、循环喷淋系统改造、除雾器改造、增加催化剂层数以及更换布袋的方式,从而实现1#、2#吸收塔出口ρ(SO_2)<35mg/Nm^3、ρ(NO_x)<50mg/Nm^3、ρ(烟尘)<5mg/Nm^3;同时,为有效控制锅炉启动期间NO_x排放超标事故,增加臭氧氧化湿法脱硝系统。This paper mainly aims at problem of the 1#,2#,3#and 4#boilers of the third thermal power plant of Power Supply Branch in Yangquan Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.that the exhaust gas data does not meet the new emission standards,on the basis of the existing limestone-gypsum method,SCR denitrification and bag filter,the capacity expansion transformation of absorption tower,the transformation of circulating spraying system,and the transformation of circulating spraying system,modification of demister,the increase of catalyst layer and change of cloth bag are carried out so as to realize SO2<35 mg/Nm^3,NOx<50 mg/Nm^3 and smoke<5 mg/Nm^3 at the outlet of 1#and 2#absorption tower.At the same time,ozone oxidation wet denitrification system is added to effectively control the over-standard emission of NOx during boiler start-up.
