摘 要:针对航母编队面临的空中威胁问题,基于编队防空作战全流程、全要素特点,构建动态与静态指标相结合的层次评价体系,运用层次分析法将定性的评价指标进行量化处理,基于评分专家系统确定了层次指标体系的权重值,建立基于模糊综合评判的航母编队防空作战效能评估模型,计算各级评估因素的隶属度函数及其组成的模糊关系矩阵,并提出了基于加权平均原则的各层级指标因素的量化方法,最后以实例进行分析。该研究不仅可以为航母编队防空作战能力评估、防空作战方案优化等奠定理论基础,而且可以直观明了地将航母编队防空效能表示出来,对航母编队建设具有重要的现实意义。In view of the aircraft carrier formation of threat facing the air,a hierarchical evaluation combining dynamic and static index is designed based on the all elements and whole process characteristic of formation air defense.The analytic hierarchy process method is applied to quantify the qualitative indexes and the weight values of indexes are determined based on the expert scoring system.The evaluation method of air defense combat capacity of aircraft carrier formation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established,then the membership function of the assessment factors at all levels and the fuzzy relation matrix of its composition are calculated.The quantitative method of index factors of each level based on the principle of weighted average is proposed.The analyzed practical example is carried out finally.The research not only can lay theory foundation for commander of the aircraft carrier formation to estimate the air defense capability scientifically and optimize the air defense battle project,the air defense efficiency of the aircraft carrier formation but also can be expressed clearly and there is certain practice value in the building of the aircraft carrier formation.
