摘 要:本研究尝试从量化的角度分析我国教育科研工作者创新能力发展规律,从《教育研究》中选取了1 214篇学术论文,根据作者年龄及论文贡献值对我国教育科研工作者创新能力建立模型。建模研究发现,我国教育科研工作者创新能力随年龄增长呈倒"U"形曲线变化,创新能力发展可划分为三个大阶段七个小阶段。从我国教育科研工作者创新能力发展曲线中可以得到如下启示:变革当前考试方式、重视科学研究、鼓励教育实践活动、加强教育科研工作团队建设、发挥教育科研退休人员余热。This study attempts to analyze the development law of innovative ability of educational researchers in China from the quantitative point of view.The study selected 1 214 articles from the journal of Educational Research,and established models based on author age and contribution value of the papers.The model shows that the innovative ability of educational researchers in China varies with age and presents an inverted "U" curve,the development of innovative ability can be divided into three big stages and seven small stages.From the development curve of innovative ability of Chinese educational researchers,we can get the following inspiration:reform the current examination methods,attach importance to scientific research,encourage educational practice,pay more attention to the construction of educational research team,and give full play to the ability of retirees in educational research.
