摘  要:分子生物学实验技能是现代生物学专业人才培养质量的重要衡量指标。为了切实提高学生的分子生物学实验技能,文章以充分调动学生学习主体作用为出发点,指出熟练使用常规仪器设备、正确配制溶液、透彻理解实验原理与实际应用价值、仔细观察与分析、正确判读分析实验结果等能力,是现代生命科学和医学生物学专业本科生必须具备的分子生物学实验基本功,更是发掘创新型人才、培养高层次人才的根基。Molecular biology education plays very important roles in the cultivation of professional personnel specialized in biology or medicine,in which the approved quality index is whether the undergraduate masters the experimental skills of molecular biology.In order to actually improve the practical working ability and arouse the student's dominant role in study,it was emphasized that the biological or medical undergraduate should grasp the basic experimental skills of molecular biology,such as ability of correct preparation kinds of solutions,independent operation of routine instruments and equipments,attentive observation,thorough comprehension of experimental principle and significance,the ability to meticulously interpret and analyze the experimental result.All of these are the basic skill that undergraduates majoring in modern life science and medical biology must possess,which is also the foundation for exploring innovative talents and cultivating high-level talents.
