摘 要:地浸采铀钻孔采用内置过滤器式结构时,常规填砾方法(正向填砾)无法完成填砾,这对溶浸液中悬浮物的过滤极为不利。针对此问题,设计了一套反向填砾装置,通过在内置过滤器底部安装单向填砾阀来实现对内置过滤器外围的填砾,并进行了可行性试验与现场工业试验。反向填砾装置对内置过滤器式钻孔结构具有重要意义。Currently the drilling hole at in-situ leaching uranium adopts the structure of built-in filter,gravel could not be filled in the periphery of the filter by this structure,and it is resulted in adverse to the filtration of suspended particles in the pregnant solution.To solve this problem,a set of reverse gravel filling device is designed.By installing the reverse gravel filling device at the bottom of the filter,it can realize to fill in the periphery of the filter,and the feasibility test and field industrial test were performed.The reverse gravel filling device has great significance to structure of built-in filter.
