摘 要:某金矿采用无底柱分段崩落法回采,堑沟进路结构出矿。随着开采深度的逐渐增加,矿石品位降低,矿岩愈发破碎,稳固性较差,导致矿石回采率降低,贫化率增大。为优化放矿结构参数,提高矿石回收率,利用PFC^(2D)数值模拟软件对出矿进路间距为6,7,8,9 m时低贫化放矿过程进行数值模拟实验。通过侧面放矿和不同进路间距正面放矿数值模拟,得到零贫化和低贫化时的贫化损失率。实验结果表明,放矿截止品位在30%时,最佳出矿进路间距为7 m;堑沟结构放矿时,60°以上倾角适合自溜出矿;厚大矿体开采时,低贫化放矿模式可有效提高矿石回收率。结果为矿山低贫化放矿工作提供了有利的理论指导。Pillar-less sublevel caving method is adopted in a gold mine,and trench entry structure is used as ore removal method.With the increasing of mining depth,ore grade is reduced,the ore is becoming more and more broken,its stability is unsatisfactory,which caused the ore recovery rate decreases and dilution rate increases.In order to optimize the ore drawing structural parameters and improve ore recovery rate,the low dilution ore drawing process with the ore removal route spacing of 6,7,8,9 m is conducted numerical simulation test based on PFC^2D numerical software.Through numerical simulation of side ore drawing and positive ore drawing with different ore drawing route spacing,the dilution loss rate under the conditions of zero dilution and low dilution.The test results show that when the ore drawing cut-off grade is 30%,the optimal ore drawing route spacing is 7 m;if trench structure ore drawing method is adopted and the title angle is greater than 60°,self sliding ore removal method can be used;the low dilution ore drawing method is help for improving ore recovery rate,during the mining process of large and thick orebody.The study results can provide reliable theoretical basis for mine low dilution ore drawing work.
