摘 要:攀枝花白马选矿厂年产130万t选钛粗渣,铁、钛品位低,暂未利用,直接排入尾矿库。为确定回收利用其中铁、钛资源的可行性,进行回收试验。采用新型ZCLA强磁设备对粗渣进行预先抛尾,可抛除产率40. 19%、Ti O2品位1. 48%的合格尾矿;抛尾精矿经一段磨矿—弱磁选除铁—除铁精矿二段磨矿—1粗2精弱磁选流程选铁,可获得产率8. 80%、TFe品位56. 63%、回收率37. 53%的铁精矿;除铁尾矿经强磁选—螺旋溜槽重选—磁选—浮选原则流程选别,可获得产率0. 47%、Ti O2回收率7. 18%的钛精矿。预测年产铁精矿11. 44万t、钛精矿0. 61万t。根据铁、钛选矿成本和市场行情计算,白马选钛粗渣中铁、钛具有一定的回收利用价值。The annual output of titanium beneficiation coarse slags is 1.3 millions tons In Baima titanium concentrator.Because of low grade of iron and titanium,the titanium beneficiation coarse slags are not utilized temporarily and directly discharged into tailings pond.In order to ensure the feasibility of recycling iron and titanium resources in the slags,recovery test was carried out.The coarse slags pre-discarding tailings using new type ZCLA strong magnetic separator could discard yield rate of 40.19%、TiO 2 grade of 1.48% qualified tailings.Iron concentrate with yield rate of 8.80%、iron grade of 56.63%、recovery rate of 37.53% was obtained when discarding concentrate one stage grinding- low intensity magnetic separation deironing- deironing concentrate two stage grinding-one roughing-two cleaning low intensity magnetic separation flow iron beneficiation.Titanium concentrate with yield rate of 0.47%,recovery rate of 7.18% was obtained when deironing tailings was beneficiated by strong magnetic separation-spiral chute gravity concentration-magnetic separation-flotation principle flow.It could be predicted that the annual output of iron concentrate was 114.4 thousand tons,and titanium concentrate was 6.1 thousand tons.According to iron and titanium beneficiation costs and current market conditions,the iron and titanium resources in Baima titanium beneficiation coarse slags had definite recycling value.
