摘  要:乌头属植物是重要的药用植物资源,已经开发出草乌甲素等二萜生物碱类无成瘾性镇痛药。除二萜生物碱外,多糖亦是乌头属植物的主要活性成分。乌头属植物多糖具有增强免疫、降血糖、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降胆固醇等生物活性。该文对1986年以来文献报道的乌头属植物多糖的提取分离、含量测定及生物活性研究进行综述,为乌头属植物的研究开发提供参考。Aconitum plants are important medicinal plant resources. Diterpenoid alkaloids such as bulleyaconitine A have been developed as non - addictive analgesics. In addition to diterpenoid alkaloids, polysaccharides are also the main active ingredients of Aconitum plants. The polysaccharides of Aconitum plants have the bioactivity of enhancing immunity, lowering blood sugar, anti - inflammation, anti - tumor, anti - oxidation and lowering cholesterol. In this paper, the extraction, separation, content determination and bioactivity of Aconitum polysaccharides reported in the literature since 1986 were reviewed, which could provide a reference for the research and development of Aconitum plants.
