摘  要:目的优化中药降压穴位磁疗巴布贴的基质配方。方法采用L16(45)正交试验,以巴布贴的初黏力、持黏力为指标,对配方主要影响因素部分中和聚丙烯酸酯(NP-800)、甘氨酸铝、甘油、羧甲基纤维素纳(CMC-Na)及中药细粉(新型填充剂)的用量进行优化,优选最佳基质配方。结果最优基质配方为NP-800 6. 0%,甘氨酸铝0. 2%,甘油30. 0%,CMC-Na 1. 5%,中药细粉2. 0%。结论研究所得中药降压穴位磁疗巴布贴膏体均匀,成型性好,黏着性适中。中药细粉作为新型填充剂,既节约了成本,又可延长药效。Objective To optimize the matrix formula of the Chinese medicine acupoint magnetotherapy cataplasm for lowering blood pressure.Methods The initial adhesion and permanent adhesion were taken as the indexes, the dosage of NP-800, glycine aluminum, glycerin,CMC-Na and traditional Chinese medicine powder( new filling agent) was optimized by the L16( 45) orthogonal test. Results The optimal matrix formula was as follows: NP-800 was 6. 0%,glycine aluminum was 0. 2%,glycerin was 30. 0%,CMC-Na was 1. 5%,and tranditional Chinese medicine powder was 2. 0%. Conclusion The optimized cataplasm has a uniform paste,good uniform formability and moderate adhesion. Traditional Chinese medicine powder as a new filling agent can save the cost and prolong the efficacy.
