摘　　要：目的探讨经血管内应用国产Jasper电解脱弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内前循环动脉瘤的疗效及可行性。方法选取医院行单纯动脉瘤栓塞术治疗颅内前循环动脉瘤患者116例,其中37例联合使用国产弹簧圈和进口弹簧圈(国产组),79例使用进口弹簧圈栓塞(进口组)。两组患者在同一时间段由同一术者使用单纯栓塞的方法采用同种微导管进行治疗,术后采用栓塞体积比评估动脉瘤的栓塞致密度,并以患者出院时的住院费用/格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评价两组治疗的经济性。结果国产组与进口组的入院Hunt-Hess评分、动脉瘤栓塞体积比、出院GOS评分均无明显差异(P> 0. 05);国产组费用/评分低于进口组(P <0. 05)。结论国产弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内前循环动脉瘤为动脉瘤的血管内治疗提供了一种更经济的方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of endovascular embolotherapy with domestic Jasper electrical detachable coils for intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms. Methods Totally 116 cases of intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms were treated by the simple embolization of the aneurysm in our hospital, 37 cases were treated with domestic coils combined with imported coils (domestic group),79 cases were treated with imported coils (imported group). At the same time, the same surgeon used the simple embolization method and the same microcatheter to treat the patients in the two groups. After the operation, the density of aneurysm embolization was evaluated by volume embolization ratio (VER), and the cost of hospitalization/ Glasgow Prognosis Score (GOS) was used to evaluate the economy of treatment in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in Hunt - Hess score, the VER of aneurysm embolization and GOS score between the domestic group and the imported group ( P > 0. 05), and the total cost/GOS score the domestic group was lower than that of the imported group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Endovascular embolotherapy with the domestic coil for intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms provides a more economical method for intravascular treatment of aneurysms.
