摘　　要：目的回顾性分析462例健康体检者甲状腺功能检测结果,了解大连地区居民甲状腺疾病患病情况。方法收集2017-03-01—2018-03-31在某院健康管理中心进行甲状腺功能检测的健康体检者共462例,其中女322例,平均年龄(47.4±13.4)岁,男140例,平均年龄(53.8±13.8)岁,筛查出异常的结果进行综合分析。结果女性临床甲亢、亚临床甲亢、临床甲减、亚临床甲减的检出率分别为2.48%、3.42%、3.73%、9.32%。男性检出率分别为1.43%、1.43%、3.57%、7.86%。结论在健康体检人群中,20岁以上女性甲状腺疾病检出率较高,30岁以上男性的亚临床甲减检出率较高,而其临床症状不明显,只能通过甲状腺功能检测提示异常。Objective The physical checkup result of thyroid dysfunction screening of 462 healthy people were analyzed retrospectively to understand condition of thyroid disease in Dalian City.Methods 462 cases of healthy adults under thyroid dysfunction screening in the health management center of a hospital from 1st March,2017 to 31th,March 2018 were selected,with 322 cases of female whose average age being(47.4±13.4)years old and 140 cases of male whose average age bein(53.8±13.8)years old.Abnormal results of thyroid dysfunction screening were analyzed comprehensively.Results Among female examinees,2.48%had overt hypothyroidism,3.42%subclinical hypothy,3.73%clinical thyrotoxicosis and 9.32%subclinical thyrotoxicosis.Among male examinees,the detection rate of these diseases was 1.43%,1.43%,3.57%and 7.86%respectively.Conclusion Among the healthy people under physical checkup,a high detection rate of thyroid disease was found in females above 20.Among male examinees over 50,the detection rate of subclinical thyrotoxicosis was high with no obvious clinical symptoms.Thyroid function screening could provide clues for thyroid dysfunction.
