摘　　要：仪器设备作为高校资产重要组成部分,目前管理绩效评价体系尚不完善,投入产出比例有待考证。该文按照科学合理、系统导向性原则,运用DEA技术对Y校31个二级学院的仪器设备的投入产出进行研究,分析评价Y校各学院仪器设备管理的相对效率,构建适合高校二级学院仪器设备考核的绩效评价体系。As an important part of the university asset,the current management performance evaluation system is not perfect,and the input-output ratio needs to be verified.According to the principle of the scientific rationality and system orientation,this paper uses the DEA(data encryption algorithm)technology to study the input and output of instruments and equipment in 31 secondary colleges of the Y university,analyses and evaluates the relative efficiency of instruments and equipment management in each college of this university,and constructs a performance evaluation system suitable for the evaluation of the instruments and equipment in secondary colleges of the Y university.
