摘　　要：犯罪标记行为是犯罪人在完成犯罪目的以外为了追求心理刺激,满足情绪的需求所实施的一种附加行为。它是犯罪人各种行为表现中最具特殊性的行为,鲜明地反映出犯罪人的人格特征,对侦查破案意义重大。因此,对犯罪标记行为进行精准化和精细化的研究、识别,能使侦查分析变得更为准确、透彻,从而缩短破案时间,节约破案成本,提高破案效率。Criminal marking behavior is an additional behavior carried out by criminals in order to pursue psychological stimulation and satisfy emotional needs in addition to the purpose of completing the crime.It is the most special behavior of the criminal in all kinds of behaviors,which clearly reflects the criminal's personality characteristics and is of great significance to the investigation and solving the case.Therefore,the precise and refined research and identification of marking behavior can make the investigation and analysis more accurate and thorough,thus shortening the time of solving a case,saving the cost of solving a case and improving the efficiency of solving a case.
