基于时域场的传输线分布参数提取方法研究

摘　　要：传输线是现代通信系统及微波高速电路中的重要器件。传输线分布参数包含着所研究传输线的全部信息,为了获得传输线方程的完整解,就必须确定传输线的分布参数。本文首先从传输线的时域模型出发,通过对传输线延长方向的时域电场做傅里叶变换,研究了基于时域场的传输线分布参数提取方法,然后运用该方法对同轴和微带结构的双端口均匀传输线分布参数进行了提取。计算结果表明,运用该方法对三维均匀传输线分布参数进行提取时具有较高精度,方法简单,且可行有效。Transmission line is an important device in modern communication system and microwave high speed circuit. The distributed parameters contain all the information of the transmission line which is studies. In order to obtain the complete solution of the transmission line equation,the distributed parameters of the transmission line must be determined. In this paper,the method of extracting the distributed parameters of the transmission line based on the time domain is studied. Then the method is used to extract the distribution parameters of the dual port uniform transmission line in the coaxial and micro-strip structure. The calculation results show that the method is simple and feasible for the extraction of distributed parameters of three dimensional uniform transmission lines.
